Images, it is said, are worth a thousand words – this is just a way to say that you should consider including images in your story – these can be photographs, drawings, collages, sketches. If you do, ensure that either:
- they are your own (and that the people in them, besides you, have agreed that you can publish this online)
- they are under a creative commons license which allows you to use them (go for non-commercial, share-alike) and you clearly link to them in your story
- you have the approval of the copyright owner to use them (this needs to be included in your story/post)
